Pero no podrá llevarlo a cabo por sí solo: tendrá que reclutar a un peculiar equipo formado por un convicto, una espía, un pistolero, una Grisha, un ladrón y un fugitivo. Aunque ellos no lo saben, llegado el momento los miembros del grupo de Kaz serán los únicos capaces de salvar el mundo de la aniquilación total. Bueno, lo serán si no se matan entre ellos primero.
Opinión:
Leigh Bardugo es una escritora increíble, el llamado Grishaverse es un mundo con unos matices que enamoran. Dicho esto, y aunque es lo contrario a lo que dice la mayoría, me gustó más la trilogía. Me ha costado tres intentos leerme el libro, quizás no era el momento oportuno, pero aún y así, no me ha enganchado tanto como la trilogía inicial.
Kaz Brekker es un conocido ladrón que regenta el Club Cuervo y conocido miembro de Los Despojos. Para él nada es imposible si tienes una buena mano y los contactos adecuados. Cuando le ofrecen una gran cantidad de dinero, más del que podría soñar, para entrar a la Corte de Hielo donde se encuentra la clave para la posible destrucción del mundo tal y como lo conocen, reune a un equipo, en este caso seis personas cada uno con unas habilidades específicas para la misión.
El libro está estructurado en capítulos en los que cada uno está narrado por uno de los diferentes personajes. Esto hace que la lectura sea ligera y puedas entender en todo momento porqué un personaje actúa de una manera u otra. También hace que puedas empatizar con cada uno de ellos. Mi personaje favorito es Inej, conocida como el Espectro que es capaz de pasar desapercibida para todos, menos para Kaz, y también es capaz de moverse en cualquier superficie. También Kaz me gusta mucho y más después de saber que la autora se inspiró en ella misma con el problema de movilidad que tiene el personaje y hace que tenga que ir en bastón.
En definitiva, es un libro que recomiendo aunque a mí me haya costado engancharme al inicio. Es muy completo en todos los sentidos y más si os habéis leído la trilogía, ya que encontraréis muchos guiños.

Opinion:
Leigh Bardugo is an incredible writer, Grishaverse is a world with nuances that will make you fall in love. With that said, and although it is the opposite of what most people say, I liked the trilogy more. It took me three tries to read the book, maybe it was not the right time, but even so, it has not hooked me as much as the initial trilogy.
Kaz Brekker is a well-known thief who runs the Crow Club and a well-known member of The Dregs. For him nothing is impossible if you have a good hand and the right contacts. When they offer him a large amount of money, more than you could dream of, to enter the Ice Court where there is the key to the possible destruction of the world as they know it, he gather a team, in this case six people each with specific skills for the mission.
The book is structured in chapters in which each one is narrated by one of the different characters. This makes reading light and you can understand at all times why a character acts in one way or another. It also makes you empathize with each of them. My favorite character is Inej, known as the Wraith that is able to go unnoticed by everyone, except for Kaz, and is also able to move on any surface. I also like Kaz a lot and more after knowing that the author was inspired by herself with the problem of mobility that has the character and makes him have to go on stick.
